1 bunch of raw kale leaves
1 cup of boiled chickpeas
1 cup of strawberries
Half a cup of chopped onion
1 cup of blueberries
Quarter cup of any seeds of your choice

1/3 cup of water
3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

How To DIY This Amaze Salad:
Let us start off by preparing the salad dressing. For this, toss all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix all the good-for-your-gut ingredients together using a spoon to keep consistency regular. But, if you prefer your dressing thicker, whip all the ingredients together in a blender to get that perfect thick texture and consistency.
Now put the dressing aside while we start work on the main salad. The dressing will make good use of this time to naturally thicken as the chia seeds absorb water by osmosis and swell up.
