Reference - Sharangdhar Samhita Madhyama Khanda 6: 13-14.

Introduction
Panchakola Churna is an herbal formulation which consists of various herbs. Panchakola is formed of two words - pancha and kola. Pancha means five and kola means equal quantity according to the volume of a seed. So overall this Churna is the mixture of five herbs which are taken in an equal quantity.
Ingredients
?>Chavya (Piper retrofractum)
Pippalimoola (Piper longum)
Pippali (Piper longum)
Shunti (Zingiber officinale)
Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica)
Method of Preparation
Take all the ingredients, powder individually then mix well to form Churna.
Dose
Take one fourth to half teaspoon, two to three times a day with warm water or honey.

Indigestion
Cough
Allergic rhinitis
Bloating
Ascites
Anorexia
Loss of appetite
Contraindications
Take under medical supervision.
Over dose can cause the gastric irritation problem.
