We have a commercial embroidery machine Phoenix 740. Used. I did 87 shirts and on the very last one the machine would not stitch the words correctly. The stitches were not as wide as they should have been on the block letters. It stitches the other designs on the same design just when it did the lettering it would not do it correctly. I am stumped. I have ran this machine for 5 years! Was just serviced a few months ago. Please help.
